Serve It Up

Slice your beef and add sides to go with it, or turn it into fajitas.

Spinach & Rings: Serve over sautéed spinach and top with light and crispy onion strings.

Tips for Grilling!



Step 1:

Get your meat to room temperature (takes about 20 minutes).

Step 2:

Heat up the grill and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Step 3:

Continue cooking until your desired internal temperature is reached (we recommend medium rare at 130 degrees).

Step 4:

Remove from heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
